All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
What should I do if my order is delayed?

What if my package is lost or marked as delivered?
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, apartment office, or building management.
Clothly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks the order as delivered, but we will do our best to guide you through the next steps.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your request and provide the best possible solution.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be eligible for return or exchange consideration.
