Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after your order has been shipped.

Correct Shipping Address

Delayed or Missing Orders

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Clothly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please make sure your delivery address is safe and secure. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, apartment office, or building management.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

Clothly is not responsible for customs delays or additional customs charges.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
